Pre-Event & onsite Operations

After the venue has been agreed we will provide experienced operational staff to conduct site visits to ensure the events runs smoothly. For exhibitors a specific exhibitor’s manual will be created. We will create onsite timelines for effective management of all team. Then onsite we will provide trained registration staff who will collate delegate packs, provide badges and relevant information to exhibitors and delegates.
