Speaker Co-ordination

Once the programme is in place we will send a speaker joining pack and then chase for speaker profiles, summaries and presentations. We will update the client with any changes to the programme and timings. Naturally we call all speakers 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure they are comfortable with their speaker slots.
